Payrexx
A Frictionless All-in-One Online Payment Solution

Ivan Schmid, CEO and Co-FounderPayrexx’s digital invoice tool eliminates paper-based workflow and inaccurate data in the transactions, reducing payment delays and penalty. Thanks to its ease of use, the company’s digital invoice enables merchants to accept payments in a fast and secure way. The digital invoices obviate the need for a signature or other proof of origin of the legal documents. Moreover, the invoices can be sent via email in PDF format or in the form of a physical document with an integrated QR code.
Payrexx recently assisted Parking Lucerne, an organisation that offers parking guidance in the Swiss city of Lucerne, to overcome the payment challenges. Parking Lucerne needed an efficient checkout solution with a fast ordering process to offer customers great shopping experience. With an aim to offer the common payment methods on their website, Parking Lucerne was looking for an efficient payment service provider. Payrexx helped the organisation enable fast and simple digital payment solution that accepted all types of online payments. What’s more, Payrexx customised the look and feel of the solution to match Parking Lucerne’s website while ensuring secure and consistent payment processing.
As Payrexx Invoice reduces the manual work, merchants can save cost in a big way
In addition to the wide range of solutions for small and medium businesses, Payrexx also provides white labelling services for large organisations. For instance, Loipen Switzerland is an association of 120 cross-country skiing organisations in German- and Italian-speaking Switzerland. The association actively supports the various organisations, coordinates cooperation, and promotes cross-country skiing as a popular sport. Traditionally, the cross-country passes were available as a card that can only be sent by post and had to be ordered on the invoice or directly on site. In case of a lost passport, a new passport had to be purchased. By white labelling Payrexx’s platform, all the organisations now have their own online store. Users have their digital cross-country ski pass with them on their mobile phone, and the pass can be renewed automatically. Thanks to the Payrexx discount voucher, the cross-country ski pass is available as a gift card as well.
Besides the various futuristic digital wallets, Payrexx offers all the important credit-and debit cards as well as other alternative payment methods. “In fact, Payrexx was the first payment platform that brought Amazon Pay to Switzerland,” says Schmid. Through Payrexx, merchants now offer their customers various futuristic digital wallets. Tailored especially for the DACH-region, Payrexx aims to expand throughout Europe, helping more organisations achieve agile and nimble payment solution and drive their business results.
